Changing the perception of home buyers was the key element in our challenge with a 26 unit development in a growing city. The deminitioning idea that quality homes in Port Coquitlam could not be found had to changed. Feeling connected, safe and invested in a positive growth trend were missing pieces of the puzzle we had to complete with this project.
IDEA
Drawing on the common denominator for home buyers in Port Coquitlam was our inspiration point for Lariva. Where we "Arrive", where flowing "rivers" merge and where we all call home are the constructive notions behind the brand.

Color & material
The warmth of a home is reflected through orange lava and sunset enriched yellow color pallet of the Lariva brand. The earthy, musk is all about the natural fertile ground that gives life to the abundant green spaces in Port Coquitlam.
