Precious land by the sea is hard to come by. The lifestyle experience of living in Dundarave neighbourhood of West Vancouver is exceptional in many ways. Creating a meaningful brand that connects not just to the future home owners but also to the supernatural surroundings was our main challenge.

IDEA

With concept of time and value in mind, The Marson is a derivative of a precious stone; brought to land by the ocean. Tough like a diamond but brilliantly vibrant as a gemstone. The interlocking brand concept was masterfully connected with multiple local inspirations.
